Couldn’t Negotiate Stream 0
You got endpoints are connected. The IP Phone clients are functioning as expected. The account status is showing registered, but the line key backgrounds are black instead of green.
When trying to make a call, this is the only information displayed from the basic log:
ERROR[36266] res_pjsip_session.c: 860: Couldn't negotiate stream 0:audio-0:audio:sendrecv (nothing)1️⃣ To fix it, let visit FreePBX Extensions page then edit the Extension.
2️⃣ Select No to disable AVPF, ICE Support and rtcp Mux.
3️⃣ Scroll down then select Yes to Allow Non-Encrypted Media (Opportunistics SRTP).
4️⃣ Scroll down under DTLS section: Select No to disable DTLS.
5️⃣ Save the changes then Apply config then verify it works.
