Login in to your Gmail
Open any web browser then login into your Gmail account at https://mail.google.com/
Navigate to the gear icon then open Gmail’s settings.
Enable POP and IMAP
In the settings page, select Forwarding and POP/IMAP options.
By default, POP and IMAP are disabled in your Gmail account. Let select options to enable them. Don't forget save the changes by click button at the bottom of setting page.
When you enable POP, you have several options when download emails through POP.
