Open in Terminal is missing
In some cases, after installed Windows 11, when you right click on the desktop, the Open in Terminal option is missing.
When you open Windows Terminal by right click on Windows start menu, you got the error “Windows cannot find ‘wt.exe’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again“.
Install Windows Terminal from Microsoft Store
1. To fix it, let’s open Microsoft Store from the Taskbar or from Start menu.
2. In the Microsoft Store, type windows terminal in the search box then select Windows Terminal app.
3. Click on button to download and install Windows Terminal in Windows 11.

Note: If a new popup opened that required you sign-in using your Microsoft account. You can close it to skip it, you don't need sign-in to download and install Windows Terminal.
4. Downloading and installing Windows Terminal for Windows 11. Once done, you can see the Open button.
Finally, the Open in Terminal option now available and the wt.exe is not found error was gone.
